Joe has been practicing perfusion since 1977. He has previously been the chief of perfusion at the Hospital of the Hospital of University of Pennsylvania, University of Colorado HSC and the Heart Institute of the Desert, Rancho Mirage, CA. Joe has published and presented on several different subjects including: Blood transfusion management, myocardial protection, aortic valve repair, renal replacement therapy and several product evaluations. Joe is prsently CEO of Perfusion International, LLC and practices perfusion science at three hospitals in Alexandria, Louisiana.
